This is a full-service grocery with lots of selection in each of the grocery categories and, while brand named products are less expensive if you travel to Stanwood or Mt. Vernon for big name grocery stores, the “house” brands are very competitive. In fact, this is the only store that carries the brand-named indoor wet cat food my cats like and it’s cheaper than the regular wet food offered by Haggen or QFC in Stanwood. Overall, I find it’s not worth the time or cost of gas to travel. Deli has great selection of both hot and cold offerings—delicious and fresh. Store Staff are helpful and friendly. I only wish Mark’s Pharmacy was still located in Camano Plaza. Then I would seldom have to leave the Island except to visit family.

IGA is a great market with friendly, helpful clerks. With ALL the treat's and sweet bread's you could ever want ! In store deli, Mexican food, Thai food, and Coffee Bar.

Close, pretty good selection, I know most of the cashier's. My only complaint is most prices on things are too high. Sales are good.

I was very disappointed to see hardly anyone wearing a mask clerks or customers! There was no sanitizer for the grocery carts! I turned around and left. I will not be shopping there until I know it is a safe place to shop.

Polite and not over crowded

Good for stuff if you don't want to go off island. Meat and produce are always lacking though, either the selection is poor or the quality is poor. The customer service is nice though. Their prices are high because they have no competition on the island.

It’s wonderful to have a grocery store on the island. They provide not just all ones basic needs but they provide some local food gems at a great price such as hydroponic basil, mother lode cookies, Cristy’s Lumpia and more! They also feature delicious, and adventurous seasonal festivities that really bring the community together!

Fantastic customer service and incredible deli dept

We lived on Camano Island for 5 years and this was a great little grocery store. Our favorite time to shop was on the weekends they offer freshly smoked brisket and ribs. Those were amazing and the deli makes a great bbq brisket sandwich. In the same shopping plaza is an ACE hardware, coffee shop, pharmacy and Pub 282.

The prices are good for a rural store. The IGA on Camano has creative ideas and groceries you won't find at a big city, one size fits all store.

They have a little bit of everything a small island grocery should have for the smart consumer. They even have an inside entrance between their store and the ACE Hardware Store next door.

Believe it or not, visiting the hot food deli at the Camano Island IGA was a priority on our family's bucket list. My son was pleased with the chicken strips and mojo potatoes, just as he remembered them from when he was little. Great $5 lunch deal!

Great grocery store for camano island. Similar to Safeway or other large grocers. Has a coffee shop and a great thai food restaurant inside. Place is clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

Awesome place to shop and eat

This place can get busy on holidays and just before dinner times. Deli has decent selection, but can get overdone sometimes. Nice butcher shop, good meat selection. Coffee shop is a bit spendy, but good service. The Thai food is really good.

Has everything you need in a local island store

Very helpful staff. They don't have everything but they sure are nice to have close by. The workers here are always friendly and are always willing and able to help.

Deli personnel super unfriendly! One of them actually told me that they can have their cakes in the display case for as long as 10 days. She was super annoyed when I questioned her about that! Also on that same trip I bought some cookies from the case that the donuts aren’t in, and they were so hard and stale that they were inedible. I’ve had so many bad experiences at this store, moldy bread, moldy cheeses, bad customer service. It’s very unfortunate because there are lots of great people there! I live here on the island and would rather drive into stanwood than shop at this store.

The best customer service in the twin cities!During the virus outbreak, they even set up special hours for at risk customers with a greeter, rubber gloves, and sanitized shopping carts at the front door. Amazing teamwork!

150% higher prices than off the island but so convenient

My compliments to the staff for keeping items stocked that are needed for disinfecting. This is the only store that I have found that has the best chance of finding Lysol and other disinfectants. Thank you. Staff is always nice. Produce - not that great. Things are looking up over there at IGA. P.S. Their deli is great!

The deli and ample selection icecream is all it's got for me, except thai eggplant dish at restaurant in store is good.

The worker are friendly and helpful, and you get good service at the check out.

It is very convenient but pricey. I usually go to Hagens or QFC if I'm driving this far might as well save a dollar or two and have a bigger selection.

It's a long ways from the old Camino plaza when I was a kid. This is a really nice grocery store now. And there's a hardware store right next door.

I went in to buy Camano Island T-Shirts for my family of 4. I was impressed by the wide selection. However with a $19.99 price tag per shirt... placed them out of my family budget.

This IGA is one of the friendliest places on Camano Island. The deli has a great variety of prepared foods, (hot & cold) to satisfy a quick snack for one or full dinner for the family. The grocery carries a full complement of supermarket items at reasonable prices. The employees are as helpful and friendly as can be.

A great local place to shop fair prices and on select weekends they like to barbecue up some great meet my wife and I picked up baby back ribs this weekend and they were by far the best baby back ribs I've ever had most of the time they're dry in a little tough these were perfect these guys really know how to smoke the meat

Love our IGA ❤Amazing Thai restaurant inside as well as a coffee shop and gift shop. Really yummy hot food area and an amazing bakery. Also happens to be connected to an Ace Hardware. Great local market!

I love this place because they have a great deli with fresh and hot food all the time. You can make a custom sandwich at the sandwich stand. There is a coffee and Thai food place also in the store. They have gifts and toys. This place has great selections and variety for whatever you are looking for.
